Ingor Antte Ailu Gaup (Ailloš)

Ingor Antte Ailu Gaup (Ailloš) from Guovdageaidnu in Sápmi, Norway, is a yoiker, instructor, and actor at the Sámi National Theatre Beaivváš. He has performed his art worldwide. He composes for theater, television, and choirs andcollaborates as a soloist with musicians of diverse styles.

The yoik – the traditional singing form of the Sámi – is central to his artistic work. Since2017, he has taught regularly in Switzerland, sharing his experience with great openness and enthusiasm.

In workshops, concerts, and discussions, he invites participants to discover and experience the cultural roots, expressive power, and spiritual dimension of the yoik.

Ingor Antte Ailu Gaup (Ailloš) aus Guovdageaidnu in Sápmi/Norwegen ist Joiker, Kursleiter und Schauspieler am Sámi National TheatreBeaivváš. Mit seiner Kunst ist er weltweit aufgetreten. Er komponiert für Theater, Fernsehen und Chöre und arbeitet als Solist mit Musikerinnen und Musikern unterschiedlichster Stilrichtungen zusammen.

Der Joik – die traditionelle Gesangsform der Sámi – steht im Zentrum seines künstlerischen Schaffens. Seit 2017 unterrichtet er regelmässig in der Schweiz und gibt seine Erfahrung mit grosser Offenheit und Begeisterung weiter.

In Workshops, Konzerten und Gesprächen lädt er dazu ein, die kulturellen Wurzeln, Ausdruckskraft und spirituelle Dimension des Joiks kennenzulernen und selbst zu erleben.
